How did we start?

When COVID struck, our founder found himself in a challenging position, forced to pivot from his previous job that was no longer viable. Determined to make a difference in the city, he conceived Taco Sublime—a venture that not only provided delicious food but also served as a platform for community activism. Collaborating with non-profits and other organizations, he bridged the gap between flavor and social impact, giving birth to Taco Sublime.

Taco Sublime stands as the cornerstone of our sublime hospitality journey, serving as our entry point into the vibrant realm of culinary excellence within one of the world's most renowned culinary cities. Our goal was to carve a pathway for our unique concepts, but we first wanted to reassure our guests with a singular staple—the taco. By showcasing our unwavering commitment to delivering the finest renditions of each dish we recreate, we aim to exemplify our dedication to excellence.
